This meal is great because you basically just dump all the ingredients together and bake! Plus you probably already have all of these ingredients already. You can also make it ahead of time and store it in the fridge until you are ready to bake it.
What you need:
1 lb ground chicken
1 12 oz bag frozen green beans
1 10 1/2 oz can cream of mushroom
1/4 cup milk
2-3 cups parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Pasta ( I used elbow macaroni but any type will do)
3 tbsp ranch (optional)
1/2 tbs Garlic
Larry’s seasoned salt (or regular salt) to taste
Pepper to taste
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
2 tbs Olive oil
Olive oil spray
Large square glass casserole dish
Large Mixing bowl
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees, and begin to boil water for pasta
While oven preheats, cook pasta for 1-2 minutes less than recommended cook time and brown ground chicken with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and onion powder.
In a large mixing bowl combine browned chicken, green beans, cream of mushroom soup, milk, 1 cup of parmesan cheese, mozzarella, cooked pasta, ranch and mix well.
Coat glass casserole dish with olive oil spray, and add casserole mixture to dish.
Top with remaining parmesan cheese and bake uncovered for 20-35 minutes, or until bubbling and the cheese on top is crispy.
Enjoy!!
