There is something about having a pretty drink in hand that makes even the simplest moments feel special, whether it is running errands, walking my dogs, or just taking a slow morning to myself. Lately, I have been obsessed with making my own bubble tea at home, not only because it tastes incredible, but also because those seven dollar boba runs add up fast.
Instead of buying bubble tea every time I want a fun drink, I have been experimenting in the kitchen to create something just as luxurious but way more budget friendly. My latest favorite is a dreamy, floral blue milk tea latte with bursting strawberry boba and a refreshing peach tea latte with passion fruit boba. Both are so easy to make and completely customizable depending on how creamy, floral, or subtly sweet you like your drinks.
What Makes These Bubble Teas Special?
These homemade bubble teas use Fusion Select Vegan Bursting Pop Pop Boba Pearls from Taiwan, which add the perfect pop of fruity flavor. For the blue milk tea latte, I am using strawberry boba, while the peach tea latte gets a tropical twist with passion fruit boba.
The best part is that they are naturally packed with antioxidants, and aesthetic enough to make your daily routine feel a little more magical.
How to Make This Aesthetic Blue Milk Tea Latte with Strawberry Bursting Boba
This recipe is super simple, and you only need a few ingredients to get that gorgeous blue color and lightly floral taste.
Ingredients
• Two bags butterfly pea flower tea
• Two bags jasmine blossom tea
• One tablespoon honey or your preferred sweetener
• One half cup coconut milk or your milk of choice
• One fourth cup vanilla coffee creamer
• One fourth cup Fusion Select Strawberry Bursting Boba
• Ice optional
Instructions
Brew the tea using a two to three ratio, with two thirds tea and one third milk and creamer. Steep two bags of butterfly pea flower tea and two bags of jasmine blossom tea in hot water for about five to seven minutes.
Stir in honey while the tea is still warm so it dissolves easily.
In a separate cup, mix coconut milk and vanilla creamer for a creamy, lightly sweet finish.
Add Fusion Select Strawberry Bursting Boba to the bottom of your glass. Pour the tea over ice if making it cold, then top with the milk mixture. Stir and enjoy.
